Customer service, order processing and handling of complaints. Direct dispatch to end customers is possible.

We take orders, pack them, dispatch them and handle returns. Incoming emails, phone calls and online shop orders are logged on our ticketing system – you can see the status, but you don’t have to resolve every issue yourself.

We can dispatch goods directly to your end customers, using your brand as the sender if you wish (white-label parcel, your own inserts). We check and clean any returns and return them to your stock management system.

Reporting on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the volume.

Frequently asked questions

Do you also handle complaints and warranty claims?

Yes, until the item has been repaired or replaced. We’ll only escalate the matter to you in exceptional cases.

Delivery carrier?

DHL as standard; other options available on request. EU delivery available.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, we start with the first parcel.
